Dibash Udash

Volunteer Director

About:

Dibash Raj Udash is currently volunteering at Himalaya Health Clinic as the Volunteer Director.  He has dedicated his life to public service as he served two decades in the Nepal Police and voluntarily retired as the Superintendent of Police (SP).

As a Police officer, Dibash had the opportunity to represent Nepal Police to the United Nations Mission for more than two years. He played various roles in the United Nations Integrated Mission in East Timor (UNMET) and the United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor (UNTAET).  In addition to this, Dibash was very well-known for his superb performance and accomplishments while he was working as the Organized Crime Investigator in the Narcotics Drug Law Enforcement Unit of Nepal Police for more than seven years. In this role, Dibash also gained international experience by attending multiple conferences and training in different countries like Japan (National Police Agency), Canada (Royal Canadian Mounted Police), Maldives (DEA-UNODC), and China (Yunnan Police Academy), etc.

After immigrating to the United States, Dibash seamlessly transitioned his career into the field of computer technology, and he is currently working as an SCCM Engineer in a financial institution. Beyond his professional commitments, Dibash has been actively engaged in community services as he oversees the volunteer department, manages clinic events, and supports regular activities at HHC. Dibash lives with his wife and two children, and he loves to explore and visit various places together with his family.
